All-Ireland U-17 semi-final: Tyrone v Roscommon in Croke Park at 12 noon.
All-Ireland Minor semi-final: Derry v Dublin at 2pm in Croke Park.
All-Ireland semi-final: Tyrone v Dublin in Croke Park at 4pm. The match will be shown in the Clubrooms – doors open at 3.30pm.
Mon 28th Aug – U-16 League (boys): Clann na nGael v Strabane at 7pm.
Tues 29th Aug – Ladies
U-16 League: Owen Roe’s v Badoney at 7pm.

TYRONE NEWS
Congratulations to
the Tyrone Ladies Senior team who beat Leitrim in the All-Ireland Intermediate
quarter final on Sunday last. They will now meet Sligo in the All-Ireland
semi-final on Saturday 2nd September. Venue and time to be
announced.
Good luck to Cathal
Mc Shane and the Tyrone Seniors who meet Dublin this Sunday in the All-Ireland
semi-final. The match will be shown live on the big screen in the Clubrooms.
Doors open at 3.30pm with throw-in at 4pm.
Good luck also to the Tyrone U-17s who play Roscommon in their All-Ireland semi-final also in Croke Park at the earlier time of 12pm.
Tickets for Tyrone v Dublin can be collected from the club between 7.30 and 8.30 this evening. Tickets received by us may not match exactly what was ordered and we ask for your understanding in this regard. Tickets must be paid for at time of collection.
25TH ANNIVERSARY REUNION
Owen Roe’s plan to
hold a 25th Anniversary Reunion of players and officials of both the
1992 Reserve League and Championship winning team and the 1992 League winning
U-14 team.
The Reunion is scheduled for Saturday 2nd September with a BBQ and music by Demi O’Hara in the Clubrooms in Glenmornan. All those who were part of both teams and their guests are welcome to come along as well as all Owen Roe’s supporters!

Don’t forget to keep your Punters Club payments up to date. You can pay directly to the collectors at the Clubrooms on a Tuesday night at 9pm or pay through the bar staff on any night the Clubrooms are open.

UNDER-6S TO UNDER-10S
Coaching for U-6s,
U-8s and U-10s continues every Thursday from 7pm to 8pm.
The next Ladies U-10 Blitz is on Saturday week, 2nd September,
at 10.30am (venue to be announced).
The next U-8 Blitz (P3
& P4 boys and girls) is on this Saturday, 26th August (again venue
to be announced) and the next U-10 Blitz (P5 & P6) is on Saturday 9th
September.
All children who
attend coaching on a Thursday night are encouraged to attend their appropriate
Blitz on a Saturday morning.
Owen Roe’s will hosting the U-10s Blitz on Saturday 23rd September followed by the U-8s Blitz on Saturday 30th September.
U-12 GO-GAMES
The U-12s finished
up their season when they travelled to Castlederg last Thursday night. Well done
to all the players who took part in the U-12 Go-Games this year. A big thanks
to their coaches Stephen Boyle and Declan Bradley who gave their time to look
after the team and to all the parents who helped out in any way.
LADIES U-16 TEAM
The Ladies U-16 team
had a narrow one point victory away to Aghyaran last Tuesday night. Last Friday
night they were due to play Newtownstewart but this match was postponed due to
the Ulster Rally road closures and will now be played at a later date.
On Tuesday night
past they were at home to Urney.
Their next match is a home game against Badoney this coming Tuesday night followed by an away tie against Clann na nGael on Friday week. Throw-ins both nights at 7pm.
U-16 (BOYS) TEAM
The U-16 boys,
playing with Clann na nGael, lost out to Trillick and Loughmacrory last
week.
They were away to
Dromore on Monday night past.
Their next game is a home tie against Strabane on Monday night followed by their last League next Thursday when they will travel to play Pomeroy. Throw-ins both nights at 7pm. Championship details will be announced shortly.
RESERVE AND SENIOR FOOTBALL
Last Sunday, whilst the Reserves had no game, the Seniors recorded a League
win over visitors Dregish.
This weekend neither team have a game due to Tyrone playing in the All-Ireland semi-final and, at the time of these notes going to press, there was no fixtures confirmed for the following weekend.
