RESERVE/SENIOR NEWS
The Owen Roe’s Senior team get into Championship mode this Friday night when they meet Clogher in the preliminary round of the Junior Championship in Killyclogher. All support for the team would be appreciated so get the Club gear, Club colours and flags out and get along to Killyclogher early on Friday evening for a 7.30pm throw-in!!!
Both the Seniors and the Reserves are then back to League business on Sunday afternoon when both teams travel to Beragh with the Seniors throwing in at 2.15pm and the Reserves at 3.45pm.

UNDER-12, U-10 AND U-8 NEWS
A big thank you to all the parents, coaches who
helped out at the Fun Nite last Friday night making it a great success, and
also to Stephen Boyle and Declan Bradley for making it happen!
Due to the Owen Roe's Senior team playing in the preliminary round of the
Junior Championship this Friday night, there will be no coaching for the U-6s,
U-8s and U-10s as we would like to see as much support for the team in
Killyclogher.
Unfortunately also due to coaches going on holidays, coaching for Under-6s, Under-8s and Under-10s is further postponed for the following 2 weeks as well until 14th August.
The U-12s are away to Greencastle this Thursday night and this Tuesday they are away to Newtownstewart with throw-in at 7.15pm.
LADIES NEWS
Training for the Ladies U-16 team continues this Tuesday night at 7pm in Glenmornan. New players welcome so why not come along and give it a try? The Ladies U-16 League will now start on the earlier date of Friday 1st August. Owen Roe’s will be in Grade 4 along with Moortown, Aghaloo, Pomeroy, Kildress, Drumquin, Urney, Badoney and Omagh. Fixtures will be posted as soon as they are available.
YOUTH FOOTBALL NEWS
The U-16s are away this Wednesday night to Castlederg with throw-in at 7.30pm. They are then home to Urney next Tuesday night and away to Drumragh on Friday night week. Both games also have a 7.30pm throw-in.
SUMMER CAMP
A word of thanks to all the children who attended last week’s Tyrone GAA Summer Camp at the Club and who by all accounts thoroughly enjoyed their time. Thanks also to the Tyrone coaches who were in attendance and also to those Club members and parents who helped out in any way during the week.
LOST PROPERTY
An Owen Roe's training top and a child’s pink Karrimor top were lost at the Summer Camp. If anyone knows of its whereabouts please contact Joe Hegarty.
TYRONE V SLIGO TICKETS
Tyrone will play Sligo in Round 4B of the All-Ireland Qualifiers on Saturday week, 1st August at 4pm in Croke Park. The match will be followed by Donegal v Galway at 6pm. As such the games are all-ticket and if any fully paid up member would like to request tickets then they should do so by text to Club Secretary, Pat Mc Nulty on 0759 794 5020 no later than 9pm this Friday night.
GIVE BLOOD
Owen Roe O’Neill’s GAC is organising a blood donation event for the autumn but a minimum number of donors is required.
If you are interested in attending and giving a pint of your blood please get in touch with the Club’s Health and Wellbeing Officer, Grainne Kelly, as soon as possible on 0791 741 8089 or by e mail on gboggs2002@yahoo.com
Donors must be aged 17 or over. New and current donors are welcome to come along. The session will be open to the general public.

CULTURE
Irish dancing classes continue every Thursday night in Glenmornan Community Centre: 6.30pm to 8pm for new beginners and 6.30pn to 8.15pm everyone else.
