Charity Quiz Nite in aid of Evish Primary School. Starts 9.30pm.
Sat 7th Feb – Club Development Course in Garvaghey from 10am to 12.30pm. For more details contact Club Secretary, Pat Mc Nulty, to reserve a place.
Sun 8th Feb – Ulster League: Belcoo v Owen Roe’s at 12 noon.
NFL: Mayo v Tyrone at 2pm. Live coverage on TG4.

Cardiac Screening in Garvaghey (see attached)

Membership fees are now up for renewal for 2015 and all members, especially players, are asked to make a big effort to get their fees paid up as soon as possible. Fees can be paid, in 1 payment or 5 payments, to Club Registrar, Donal Cairns or to Sean Devine, Chris Caldwell or to bar staff in the Clubrooms during opening hours. Fees are posted on Club noticeboard and on the Club’s Facebook page and website and can be paid in installments. New members must fill in the appropriate membership application form and these are available from the Clubrooms or downloaded from the website. Closing date for payment of fees is 31st March.

There will be a training course in Garvaghey this Saturday. If any Club member would be interested in attending please contact Pat Mc Nulty to book a place. The course runs from 10am to 1.30pm and will include talks on Health and Well Being, Club Fundraising, Finance & Insurance, Scór and Child Protection.

GoldMark is a dynamic programme aimed at promoting and recognising sports volunteering for 14 to 24 year olds. The GoldMark Scheme is run by Volunteer Now and recognises three levels of volunteering 50 hours, 100 hours and 200 hours. This initiative is recognised by Department of Education and will help young volunteers on CVs and college applications. 
This workshop will provide information for young volunteers and their clubs on the benefits of the programme and how they can become involved in the programme. 
All young volunteers aged 14-24years old are encouraged to attend this workshop so that they can enroll for this important programme and receive certificates for their volunteering hours.

Training for the Ladies U-14 continues this Tuesday night in Glenmornan at 7pm. All players are asked to bring indoor and outdoor gear. New players welcome to come along!
Training for the Ladies Minor team continues on Friday from 7 to 8pm in Glenmornan (in the Community Hall or on the MUGA depending on the weather. All eligible players and new players are asked to come along.
The first few dates have been announced for this year’s Ladies Minor League and are as follows: Sat 21st Feb, Sat 28th Feb, Sun 8th March and Tues 24th March. Other details will be announced when they are made available.
The Minor Championship draw will take place at the February meeting of the Tyrone Ladies County Board on Tuesday night.
Training for the boys U-14 team on Wednesday nights at 7pm in Glenmornan. All players aged 11 to 14 are asked to attend and new players are also welcome to come along!
Training for all players aged 17 and over who are eligible to play for the men's Reserve and Senior teams this year continues on Thursday in Strabane Academy at 7.30pm and on Tuesday night in Melvin, starting at 7.45pm
Owen Roe’s Seniors 
The Seniors first round game in the Ulster League on Sunday last had to be postponed at the last minute due to the weather. This Sunday they are away to Belcoo of Fermanagh and on Sunday week are at home to Naomh Colmcille of Donegal then away to Drum of Derry on Sunday  22nd February.

Irish dancing classes continue every Thursday night from 6.30pm to 8pm. New dancers aged 3 and upwards are welcome to start lessons at any time.
The next Quiz will be on this Friday night for Evish Primary School followed by the rescheduled Friends of Emmet quiz on Friday 16th February and another a few weeks later for St Joseph’s Primary School, Glenmornan. Both quizzes start at 9.30pm and all are welcome to come along and support both causes.
If you would like to run a quiz for a charity, contact Joe Hegarty. The Club will provide a quizmaster and a prize for the winning team so all you have to do is spread the word and bring a few raffle prizes.
Cards (25) continue every Tuesday night at 9pm – new players always welcome!
The Clubrooms are open on a Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and are available for parties such as birthdays, anniversaries, or other family events. If you would like to book the Clubrooms or Glenmornan Community Hall for an event contact Social Officer, Paul Philips.
