The reserve footballers of Owen Roes put in a dismal performance on Sunday as Tattyreagh emerged from Castlederg with both points in this ACL clash.
There was little sign of things to come as Mark Kelly's free leveled things up early on. Willie Doherty pointed, before the visitors went 0-4 to 0-2 ahead. However the O'Neills came back, and Davy Harte, Clarke Stephenson from a 45 and Andy Devine's free nosed the Leckpatrick side ahead once more, before Tattyreagh replied.
Devine, and Tattyreagh traded points once more as the half closed with the game tied.
Tattyreagh edged in front once more just as the second period begin, but Mark Kelly's dead ball levelled it again. However the home challange quickly unravelled, with the visitors rattling off the next four scores.
At the other end, the Owen Roes offensive division were seeing plenty of the ball but poorly selected options, coupled with the visible lack of a unit meant that chances were squandered. With time at a premium the St.Patrick's lashed the ball past a helpless Damian Crawford in nets to end the game.
All was left was for a late Andy Devine effort, in what was a poor day for the Leckptrick second string.
