Behind by one point at half time, Owen Roes minor side endured a scoreless second half to end up the wrong side of a heavy defeat in Aughabrack tonight. Indeed bar some fine goalkeeping from Ryan McShane, the defeated could've been much harsher.

In truth Clann Na nGael's fitness and support play merited the win, and the Leckpatrick youngsters have much work to do if they hope to improve as the season progresses.
